Everyone Can Ride Along

DRONE & DSLR

You can rent a bike at a good price all over in Hong Kong. But with the ease of Loco Bikes, it has never been so convenient and efficient. All you need to pay is about $60 for a 24-hour ride. What’s more, you don’t have to return the bike at the designated place you rented. Isn’t that top-notch?

And for those my friends who are not so well-balanced with biking, fear less for bikes with training wheels, as well as rickshaws are the alternative for this epic excursion!

Checkpoint 1: Shing Mun River and The Treasure Floating Restaurant

Starting off from Sha Tin Park, you will spot the once operated Seafood Star Restaurant, and earlier called Treasure Floating Restaurant situated on the eastern shore of the Shing Mun River. Though now named as ClubONE Riviera, the building still reminisces of a traditional building structure that’s worth all the attention! It looks exceptionally beautiful at night when the light of the building reflects the water.

A Break at Pak Shek Kok Promenade

Our first stop to grab a bite, go to the washroom, and rejuvenate. See that big statue and a kind of bridge at a distance? Yep. That’s where we’re heading!

Tai Po Waterfront

Once you arrive at the Tai Po Waterfront, know that progress is fantastic. If you are looking to make this trip even more memorable, visiting Tai Po’s Spiral Lookout Tower is a must.

Fun Fact: Its location is where the British troops landed when Britain took over New Territories.

Checkpoint 3: Spot the Tsz Shan Monastery Statue on the way

You’ve just spotted the magnificent monumental statue of Tze Shan! If you have time, you could even visit the Monastery. Just look at the beauty of this place, does it not remind you of those historical romance K-dramas you watch?
